Program date: June 19th- August 2nd

This program is for experienced high school rowers who are looking to train and gain competitive summer racing experience. The program will offer:

Opportunities to both sweep and scull

Mandatory morning practice from 7-9am Monday to Friday

Voluntary afternoon and Saturday sessions to ensure flexibility with the athlete's summer work schedule
Individualized film review
Collegiate Recruiting Seminar (One hour seminar given by a current D1 rower on navigating the collegiate recruiting process)

Regattas:
Independence Day Regatta: June 30th- July 2
Philly Youth Regatta: July 22
Overpeck Summer Sprints: June 29th

Selected Crews: USRowing Summer National and Youth Nationals Championships: July 13-16; Bethel, OH; Cost of travel will be additional.

Cost: $999
Includes a WYRA racing T-shirt, coached training, individualized film review, and racing fees
