Practice Schedule
Cadets Meet Twice a Week Afterschool
- 3:30 – 4:15 PM: Homework time and snack
- 4:15 – 5:30 PM: Rowing activities—this could include a light run, rowing on our ergs or indoor tanks, or getting out on the water!
- 5:45 PM: Pick Up at WYRA Boathouse

Participant Grade Eligibility
Our Cadet Program is designed for students in grades 4–8.

What to Bring
When you come to the boathouse, please bring:
- Homework or study materials
- Snacks are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
- Workout clothes [shorts, socks and t-shirt]
- A water bottle
- A great attitude and a desire to learn a new lifelong sport!
Membership Fees:
Fall Season Standard Cost: $500
Free for students of Serviam Girls Academy
