Developmental Summer Program
This program is for experienced high school rowers who are looking to train and gain additional experience for their rowing future. The program both sweep and scull opportunities.

Experienced rowers in 9th - 12th grade.

Monday through Friday - 7am - 9am
This six week program is for high school rowers with at least one season of rowing experience who are looking to train and gain additional experience.
The summer development camp is offered for athletes who want to continue their skills and fitness levels during the off season. Our goal is to promote skill development, teamwork, and competition by providing quality coaching and programming. Camp will consist of a combination of land, erg, and water training with opportunities to learn sculling. On the water we will focus on rowing technique and blade work along with fitness pieces. This is a great camp to hone in your overall skills to prepare for future seasons.
